Since I've been using Opurity Multi-Vitamins I've had more energy than before, even though, as a bariatric patient, I was taking three multi-vitamins a day. Taking only one a day is so much easier than having to work in three a day at different times of the day than the calcium tablets. (Posted on 11/29/10)
