OPURITY™ - Calcium Citrate Plus Chewable Tablets
This is great tasting Chewable Calcium Citrate for anyone who cares about bone health and wants to supplement their calcium intake.
Each tablet contains 300mg of elemental calcium, 150 IU of Vitamin D
(Vitamin D3, which is preferred), and 20 mg of magnesium.
As with all OPURITY™ Products, Calcium Citrate Plus Chewable Tablets contain No ingredients from China.
Calcium absorption is enhanced by Vitamin D. OPURITY™ uses calcium citrate, one of the most absorbable forms of calcium.
OPURITY also adds Vitamin D and magnesium for optimal bone health.
Finally, please note that it is essential to have regular medical check-ups, bone density testing and lab testing to confirm that you are meeting your calcium and Vitamin D needs.
Other Ingredients
Sugar alcohols: We use no sugar alcohols and never will.
Other chewable supplements DO use mannitol or sorbitol. Why you care:
the Cleveland Clinic notes, “sugar alcohols can cause diarrhea, bloating, or gas”.
Check the label of your previous brand.
Artificial Colors: We use no artificial color.
Check your brand for “FD&C colors” or “yellow #6” or “red #40”. Many people prefer to avoid them. Other chewables use them.
Sweeteners: We use approximately 1 gram of a combination of dextrose and fructose per tablet, as well as a small amount of sucralose.
